General Legal Services 

• Members receive deeply discounted legal services.  Examples of commonly used services: Traffic Ticket Defense, Name Change, Simple will with Minors Trust, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Non-Support (Spouse/Child), Simple Divorce, Regular Incorporation, and Personal Real Estate Closings.

Consumer Protection - there are several Federal laws that have been enacted to protect consumers from violations.

• Fair Credit Reporting Act - This law was designed to ensure that credit reports are CORRECT.  If a credit reporting agency fails to fix inaccurate entries, consumers may use the FCRA to get their credit reports fixed, and they will also be entitled to compensation and damages.
• Fair Debt Collection Practices Act - The FDCPA protects consumers from overly aggressive creditors and collection agencies.
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act - The TPA regulates calls made to your cell phone by use of an auto-dialer (robo-calls) or a pre-recorded message.
• As a member you will have access to consultations with the Violations group.  If a Violation has occurred, you will have the option to engage the plan attorney to represent you on a FULLY CONTINGENT FEE basis.  Asserting your claim will cost you nothing.
